The agreement announced by Nikkei Asian Review basically confirms what was said in a recent study by Reportlinker, according to which in the automotive and aerospace sectors the growth of blockchain technology will continue at a great pace over the next decade. In particular, the analysts who drafted the study predicted that by 2029 the use of registries distributed in these sectors will allow to obtain one average growth of 60,35% per year, finally going to reach the remarkable value of 20 billion dollars.
The agreement between Jaguar and IOTA
It should also be remembered that an agreement was signed during the summer agreement between IOTA and the famous car maker Jaguar Land Rover, with a view to a proof-of-concept system thanks to which the tracking of energy consumption of the cars of the house, in particular in the I-Pace models, leveraging the use of the blockchain.
