Bitcoin, Thomas Lee predicts cryptocurrency rebound. Bearish estimate for the most important cryptocurrency in the world.
Last week Bitcoin has faced its seventh consecutive weekly slump, with the best-known and most important cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization looking with concern at the psychological barrier of $ 3.000.
However, although the cryptocurrency ecosystem is continuing to lose ground, not everyone seems to be bearish about short-term prospects.
In particular, T, responsible for researching Fundstrat Global Advisors, who predicted in May that the cryptocurrency would rise to $ 25.000 by the end of 2018, does not seem to let go, claiming that nowadays Bitcoin should be valued between $ 13.800 and $ 14.800, and therefore it is currently evidently underestimated.
Lee then explained that the divergence between what he believed and what actually happened on the market is linked to the "meltdown" of the macroeconomic climate and to the sales during the initial offers of coins. But without forgetting, he adds, that "the real value is significantly higher than the current Bitcoin price".
For the foreseeable future, Lee seems to be maintaining moderate optimism. The expert argues that the acceptance of BTC as an asset class and its greater adoption are among the factors that will catalyze the growing attention in 2019.
