Coinbase pro list Stellar 13 March
Coinbase pro is the Trading platform of Coinbase (which is instead just a cryptocurrency exchange),
After the 13: 00 PT of the 13 March 2019, we will begin to accept XLM's incoming transfers to Coinbase Pro. We will accept deposits for approximately 12 hours before allowing full trading. Note that inbound transfers require an XLM memo specification.
Once a sufficient amount of XLM has been established on the platform, negotiations on XLM / USD, XLM / EUR and XLM / BTC orders will begin in phases, starting with post-only mode and continuing with full trading should our metrics turn out to be correct market to satisfy. XLM support will be available immediately in jurisdictions supported by Coinbase, with the exception of New York State. Further jurisdictions can be added later.
Stellar's cryptocurrency, the Stellar Lumen (XLM), feeds the Stellar payment network. Stellar aims to connect banks, payment systems and individuals quickly and reliably. Since its launch in the 2014, its vision has been to unite the global financial infrastructure so that money can flow quickly and economically between banks, businesses and people. The Internet connected computers around the world so that information could be shared globally. Stellar aims to do the same for money.
Remember that XLM is not yet available on Coinbase.com or through our consumer mobile apps. We will make a separate announcement if and when this feature is added.

How the trading will take place
He announced:
There will be four launch stages as described below. We will follow each of these steps independently for each new order book. If at any time one of the new orders does not meet our assessment for a healthy and orderly market, we may keep the book in a state for a longer period of time or suspend trading according to our trading rules.
We will send tweets from our Twitter account Coinbase Pro as each order portfolio goes through the following phases:
- Transfer-only. Starting with the 13: 00 PT of 13 March, customers will be able to transfer XLM to their Coinbase Pro account. Customers will still not be able to place orders and orders will not be placed on these orders. The order books will be in transfer only mode for around 12 hours.
- Post-only. In the second phase, customers can send limit orders, but there will be no matches (completed orders). Order books will be in post-only mode for at least one minute.
- Limit-only. In the third phase, limit orders will begin to be matched, but customers are unable to send market orders. The order books will be in limit only mode for a minimum of ten minutes.
- Complete trading. In the final phase, complete trading services will be available, including limits, market and stop orders.
One of the most common requests we receive from customers is to be able to exchange more assets on our platform. Under the terms of our listing process, we expect to support more resources that meet our standards over time.
Will there be a price increase?
Coinbase pro is a great platform, usually almost immediately listed on Coinbase, so surely the price will increase, so strong speculation is possible.
