Wolf makes it clear on his website that these are three eight-week programs to be held in New York. All are scheduled for next year, with the first taking place from April 3 to May 26. For this, applications will be open until December 31, 2022.  

The next program will run from July 17, 2023 to September 6, and the last from October 16 to December 6 next year. 

The programs will be hosted and led by investors from Stone Ridge and NYDIG, as well as "experts in Bitcoin, Lightning, Taro, cryptocurrency, regulation, marketing, branding, finance, operations and more," Wolf notes. 

Stone Ridge is an asset management firm founded in 2012, which currently has about $ 10 billion under management, according to Everipedia. It is a favorable institution for BTC, so much so that in 2020 it bought at least 10.000 coins.
